Pizza... Not ashamed to say I like it so much it'd eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. But... Kinda ashamed to say I actually HAVE eaten it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On multiple occasions...

noticing a common thread in those complaints...

Are they going to stay on it forever? Chances are pretty slim that your friends will maintain their weight loss UNLESS they have a mind switch while on Herbalife and start paying attention to the real food they ingest. Which probably could happen. IDK...Herbalife wasn't for me. I did it for a little bit (I didn't have to…

It depends for me. There are certain liquors that turn me mean and uncaring about what others think while the majority of booze will make me more chatty, happy or otherwise pleasant to be around (i think?) I think the evil drink is a dark rum and the night usually goes like this Sip...smile sip...smile "so nice to get out"…

Its likely that you lasted 8 minutes longer than I would have. Insanity or anything even slightly similar just ain't for me. That being said don't give up. Keep building on the last session. Next time - go 12 minutes. And its great that you took a breather and got back to it when you felt like you could. That can do…

Sarchasm....always good for a giggle

OP No offense, and I SERIOUSLY mean that, just by reading the above statement there is something very wrong here. Your ticker says you'd like to lose a fair amount of weight. If always naturally eating at 1,300 calories has gotten you to where you are then you have a serious medical condition and need to seek medical help.…

stand with your feet further apart. BAM gap achieved

I'm raising both my son and my daughters to have manners. Since we are speaking of "chivalry" I'll only attest to my son since chivalry standardly refers to the male gender. He is 14 now. He says please, thank you, yes (not yup), holds doors, always allows any female to walk ahead of him when crossing paths, tells his…

Don't be afraid of the boxing classes! They will kick your @ss and are a fantastic workout. If its what you want to do - then do it! I "joined" a kick boxing class (actual kick boxing, using the bag and working with a partner on combinations, however I opted out of the one day a week where actual in the ring sparring was…

your topic could use a few more words. Just so we know what to expect upon entering. Otherwise you just get the pervs:embarassed: ....ahem <<looks around for the seating section where the girls who are nowhere near having this sort of problem sit>>

While culture may play a role I think its safe to say that no matter how many people you reach, how zen-like the world may become through higher understandings, there are people who are just not born wired right. Not every serial killer is the product of being fed dog food in a cage while there parents had orgies watching…

Am I friendly to others... In normal everyday interactions...absolutely but while working out? No...and I'll bite
-
of course! I am TOTALLY likeable - and I assume this is a case of great minds think alike

I have no reason to chime in other than to rant like the rest of you... parking in a handicapped spot has never even crossed my mind. not an option. I have this right/wrong balance that goes on in my brain and its an issue that has never even crossed it. people who don't realize it is wrong to park in handicapped spots are…

Agree - Calculate your TDEE. Manually adjust your calories on MFP, tracking for a few weeks and then manipulate as necessary.

Now I'm staring at them and it looks like they may ALL be upside down?!? This can't be right... Now that I've got you focused on them again, let me know if you re-work them and figure it out

No, not fat. Hilarious maybe... SIDE NOTE: Never did I think I would come into this post for silliness and leave sad. I have those EXACT pictures hanging in my office and now realize they are hung completely wrong. As I look at yours, I am realizing one of them is even upside down...:ohwell:

Same as most of the posters here. I actually started with New Rules and really enjoyed it and pretty sure in that short amount of time I felt good about the training. But after Phase 1 it required twice as much time in the gym so I switched over to SL5X5

Because some people just aren't...needy? Maybe that's not the right word. I don't know, I don't require or need anyone to like anything of mine in their feed. Since MFP posts automatically (and yes I know that can be changed) I typically scroll through anything that isn't a paragraph because its not really a MFP "friend"…

Me too. And its totally heartbreaking. I'm far from Martha Stewart but I use the silk tie method to color them and they are so purdy. I die a little inside every time someone cracks one open.

Here is a tip mysteriously missing from a weight lifting program for women (at least for beginners) Do NOT wear heels the day after squats if you are required to walk up or down steps. I wish that little tidbit of information was in the book. I learned the hard way  ETA: I realize this is a bit off topic but whenever…

bump, because I will ALWAYS come back here and remember why I'm lifting

trying to RE-LOSE 50lbs....:grumble: 5 down...45 to go!

commando as much as possible - those suckas come off as soon as I get home. Definitely when working out (I wear yoga pants though. Commando + loose shorts do not mix. Fellas take note of that little tip) Never commando in jeans, skirts or shorts...

Good luck  Wish I was getting mine this spring

I'm here. Feel free to add me. I'm in the "I need to quit" phase. I've cut down by about half. Quitting's hard. You feel a lot of people pass judgment when you slip. Just gotta pick a date and do it. I quit for a long time and started again about a year ago. It was easy that time. Not sure why its so hard now...

I'd like to lose a small bale of hay unfunny side affect of this list: wondering if removing some skin could jump start my numbers...lol

If you have the ability, stop driving with him. Slightly different issue (husband wouldn't stop "telling" me how to drive) but when I had it and the next time we went to go somewhere I told him he was taking his own car because he pissed me off too much while we were in the same car together. He shut up... ETA: someone…
