Everyone says to me I don't look my weight ...and I must have read the scales wrong it does my head in. I'm the same weight as my brother in law and he's a big lad goes to the gym and all that stuff and size wise were different but weight the same ? I must be big boned haha

I have the same issues I know how you are feeling its a horrible circle. If like me you like your demon foods.. Try what I do pick a day were you treat yourself to something that you like my goal day is Saturdays. This doesn't mean go mad and smash 5000 calories..just a little reward. I'll do my best all week calorie…
