  • What I found helpful when picking programs to buy was doing the Beachbody On Demand 30 day trial. It's online and gives you a chance to look over a bunch of programs. Not all of the programs are included (e.g., 21 Day Fix, Piyo) though. I ended up starting with T25, which I love and still go back to from time to time.…
  • Twizzlers and Red Vines. I buy the smallest packages possible even though the bigger ones are usually cheaper because I just can't stop eating them.
  • I signed up for lessons! I like the towel idea for at least the first lesson. I'm hoping that after the first I'll feel much better about the whole thing.
  • I always get a 4 piece order of chicken nuggets, a small frosty, and small order of fries. It comes to something like 700 calories, but out of 1600 that's no so bad for a "but I waaaaaant it" meal.
  • Crispy roll, lemongrass soup, basil chicken with rice and veggies. Yummy. Second favorite is a tie between pizza and a pint of Ben and Jerry's mint chocolate cookie ice cream.

  • Another audiobook fan. I decided to only listen to them while exercising and now I frequently find myself doing "just 5 more minutes" so that I can keep listening to my book.
