I completed Day 7 today too. I stuck with the girlie push-ups. I "cheat" with arms for the side lunges. I only do one arm at a time. Hopefully by Day 10 I can do both at the same time. I used the chair tonight for level 1 instead of doing lunges. My legs did burn but I did not like them that much. I was definitely huffing and puffing but its harder to maintain proper form for the bicep curls that way. I will take your advice and follow Anita tomorrow. Keep up the good work. My family and I celebrated my Daughter's birthday this past weekend so I neglected to exercise :-( My total is 844/1440 - 14 hrs. I am not sure if I can meet 24 hrs so I am going to try for 20 hrs, I think that is more realistic for me at this point.

I like Michael Jackson The Experience (Dance game). Really fun. I also play tennis and do boxing using the Wii Sports game; both of these activities are in the Exercise database already to log calories burned.

When you exercise, MFP adds those calories back to your daily total so you can eat more. It tracks Net Calories. So for you total calories = 1200; if you exercise and burn 500 calories, your Net calories are 1700.
