Chewing gum - great idea (also, read that you burn more calories chewing the gum then the calorie count of the sugarless gum, same with celery).

Welcome onboard - I second egg whites omlettes or boiled egg whites - awesome protein, low calories, and fills you up giving you a lot of calories left for lunch and dinner. Lots of veggies are great, grilled chicken on the barby, etc. Good luck
