Here I saw Juicing and thought you meant steroids LOL. My mother Juiced a lot when we was growing up I had allergies before I started drinking after no more I can honestly saw it was a smart move by my mom I am much healthier today because of her. I saw do it but ween your self on it....

The truth if I never heard it!!!! Yes just keep on going I hit a plain for 2 months with no weight loss then the weight just started coming off keep it up!!!

I wash mine in the Machine at least once a week but I sweat so badly I think I will start hand washing it every other day...

did everything that was required today plus I ran an extra mile tomorrow I plan on hitting it hard. I was very light headed this AM which caused me not to work out in the morning but I got a little in this afternoon...I am off to bed now..need rest...

Did my stuff for the week I know tomorrow I will run ten miles so we can add that into our 100 miles.. I will try to run at least 5 miles a day plus what we have to do this week look hard but team we can do this. Just remember you don't have to do it all at one time just break everything up besides we have 24 hours each…
