This past week was... just shambles for me. another week of emotional duress and just... yeah. Dropped the ball HARD! But month 2 is about to start and I'm SO gonna focus and kick its *kitten*!

I until there was 17 minutes left and I had to stop. I felt like I was going to be ill... I've confirmed to myself that I should not eat before this workout, even if it's been 2 hours...

Did my Plyo! I did the warm-up without a break! Yes, it wasn't at max but still! It's an improvement for me. ^-^

Did my recovery! Monday I had to skip abs so I did that too. Sunday I'll be doing the Cardio and Power that I had to miss last week because of the monthly "gift" ugh. Can you believe we're almost done with the first month?!!?

Did it. I hate this one the most; I'm always just done afterwards and cranky. But I'm finding that if I'm cranky I pushed myself. Weirdest body indicator ever...

Well, I feel like you should just in case. It may be just me, but I prefer to err on the side of caution since Insanity is such an intense and demanding workout. But the decision is ultimately yours.

Okay, glad to know I'm not crazy or that my scale is broken. What workouts would you recommend, then, to do after Insanity to lose weight?

Well, did the warm-up and as I began the main event my lower abdomen hurt (I'm on the monthly curse) so I stopped since I don't want to hurt myself. But I did my best and Monday I should be fine to do the workout as-is.

Had to use today as Sunday. The monthy gift came and my first day hurts a lot so... yeah.

I wouldn't advise it; I've found it's better to do daunting physical tasks blind b/c by the time you are doing it you're too focused to be scared.

Haven't done it yet (still in class) but I need it this week surprisingly; I think I may have injured myself during the Fit Test b/c the tendon area where my heel connects to my ankle has been hurting since then on both legs. However, the pain's almost gone since I've been stretching that area as much as I can. It hurts…

From what I understand, one rep is doing it on a side. So if you do it right, then left, that's 2 reps.

Since I had a little boo-boo on Wednesday, did the Saturday workout. I feel like I'm not pushing enough so next week, I'm gonna push harder! Beyond that, went to the mall and got a new wallet on sale (yush!!) and just relaxed.

Did Cardio Power and Resistance today! Tomorrow, since I took my "Sunday" on Wednesday, I'll be doing Cardio Circuit and Abs. I'm getting better and my stamina's getting better bit by bit. Yeah, I'm a day behind as well so no rest for me on Sunday. @-@ But I really want to do this and needing to post everyday that I did it definatly helps with accountability.

Since yesterday was my Sunday, did Plyo today. I hate squats with a passion... and going to bed at 1 am was... not smart but worth it! But I did my best. Don't forget this coming Monday is the Fit Test!

I... did a bad thing.... But it's not unrecoverable! I sadly lost track of time and couldn't do the workout. However, I'm going to simply be counting this as my Sunday rest day and resume tomorrow on schedule. So I will still be working out 6 days a week with the program, just this week will be a bit shifted.

I've re-discovered apples! XD Yeah, I know, seems odd but I really haven;t had fruit in at least a year if not 2 so it's kinda nice to re-discover them.
