Well I think I have done about 4 extra days of level 2. I am starting level 3 today. Wish me luck!

I agree...I am not changing either. Still same weight and same size. I hate doing the military raises and the whatever that is right after that back to back. My arms really burn and shake.

Yaaaayyy! More people! I am doing C2K5, 30DS, and BFBM. I alternate though. I have my high school reunion coming up so I want to lose the last couple of pounds. I did do my run today. Felt kind of blah!. Running really sucks! :sick:

I am doing better than I thought. I eat the same way as at home. Small snacks in between meals etc...How is everybody else doing?

Please let me know if anything is wrong. Side Note...I have been doing this new lifestyle for 50 days and only lost 6 lbs. Is that right? This is a lot of work for a little tiny pay off. Somebody help me! What am I doing wrong.
