There are 3 levels for the program (1 workout for each level) and "in theory" you do each level for 10 days and complete it all in 30 days. Personally, I plan on doing it 5 days a week and changing levels every 10 days. You have to find what works best for you - some people do it everyday for 30 days and others take more…

Dr. Scholl's makes a triangle small shaped insert that sticks into your shoe - I wore it in both running and everyday shoes and within a month was able to remove it and be pain free. I was also able to run during the time that I wore it without any pain.

Bridesmaid dresses are the weirdest sizes in the world - Last time I was in a wedding I was a 2 or 4 and had to order an 8 per their measurements. Ignore the size! You would think it would be the reverse to make everyone feel better :) Also, totally there with you on the belly problems - they say that "abs are made in the…

I meant "run a Ragnar" before :) Looking for 10K pace of 10 minutes or faster.

We have 2, 3, 4, & 8 available - have you run before?

It's been a few years since I did that program, but I remember it wasn't until I hit the longer running less walking weeks that I started to notice a weight change. I would say to follow the program closely and not to do too much too fast. After you complete C25K you can start a 5k training program like Hal Higdon which…

I recommend finishing C25K and running a race. Racing and feeling competitive is what makes me love running. You may find the further you go the less miserable it is ,for me I feel the endorphins kick in at mile 4 and at mile 9, so I love to run further distances. But if after all that you still don't love it, find another…

I'm on day 3 of level 2 today, but here is what I lost in the 1st 10 days: Weight went from 155.5 to 152 Lost 1" in chest Lost 1" in hips Lost ".25-.5" each in waist & thighs No change in arm measurements - hopefully that's because I added muscle there :) I'm really liking level 2 so far!

It takes time and rest, something a runner does not usually want to hear. I'm almost a year out from a stress fracture in my foot and recovery has been so slow :( Give it time and you will get there, rushing it will unfortunately only make it worse. Good luck and focus on upper body strength during this waiting period.

If you ice your legs at least once or twice (10 minutes per time) after exercising it will really help. I think my soreness stopped after day 3 or 4. I buy a large bag of frozen peas to have on hand which are awesome to use as ice packs. Good luck and don't get discouraged!

Hi Everyone, I'm Martha, I'm 44, married, mom to an 8yr daughter and live in Maryland. I started the 30 day shred on March 29th, so I'm up to day 6 of level one today. I have 30+ lbs to lose and hope this is a great kick-starter to my weight loss. Feel free to add me! We can do this :)

Level 1 Day 3 completed. My legs were really sore today after day 2 yesterday but it actually seemed a little bit easier even with that.

The equation I've seen online on how to figure how many calories burned during 30 Minute Shred is: You burn 3.267 calories per pound for every hour you do 30 Min. Shred So multiply your weight by 3.267 and then divide by 3 to get the calories burned during each 20 minute workout. For me this # comes out like 15-20 fewer…
