Two tickets to the gun show, please.

I agree with this advice: So where does all of this new science leave the runner who’s been considering whether to ditch the shoes? The “evidence is not concrete for or against barefoot or shod running,” said Allison H. Gruber, a doctoral candidate at the University of Massachusetts and lead author of the hertz study. “If…

When I see women running in a sports bra only on a hot day, I admire them - regardless of the state of their abs. I've only done it a couple of times when it was over 100 when I ran. Around here it's actually more comfortable to wear a wicking tank because its always humid and hot, not just hot.

-when other members don't re-rack their weights -when someone leaves a towel or their waterbottle on a bench like its table, but never actually uses it in the course of their lifting, but still blocks the people who need it (i.e. ME) from accessing it

This is how I looked at 150lb and I'm 5'5": I can't get this photo to work. Bah. This is the link: http://i813.photobucket.com/albums/zz60/honeysuhkle2/25k%20Cape%20Anne%209-5-09/IMG_1467.jpg

15 lbs in one month? That sounds a little steep. Unless you're sedentary and eating horribly right now so that any change is dramatic, I wouldn't think it was a realistic goal. I'd aim for more like 8-10lbs with strict discipline.

Uh, buddy, I'm gonna dwell on my weekend 'cause it was AWESOME! Who rocks out and loses weight over the holiday? Who goes running and prances about in her bikini at the pool 'cause she's looking fantastic with all her hard work? That's right. Nothing to regret. ;) Have a great day, Ed!

1. Pocketmoxie.com (my women's board) 2. MFP 3. Dailymile.com 4. Hotmail 5. hulu (at night)

I love how positive you are, even when your team is lagging 1.5 games behind the future 2011 world champions. ;)

A couple of my friends who are now on MFP did it. Both lost weight, but I'm not sure if they stuck with it at this stage. If you're interested I can have them send you a message on their opinions.

I have a list of my beats on my MFP blog, but right now I'm loving this song on repeat: Stereo Love by Edward Maya and Vika Jigulina

Or a RED SOX shirt! BOS 6, NYY 4 last night!!! We sweep in this series, I'm pretty sure you're required to change your shirt. :P
-
No kidding. I'm pretty sure you should take it off immediately to appease the masses.

What are elevator eyes? And how do I do them to knock men off their feet? Tutorial!

I'd starting doing high intensity interval training for shorter periods of time, rather than longer duration cardio. It burns more and keeps your metabolism higher throughout the day, at least that's what the research says. And keep up with the weights! Perhaps consider going a little heavier with lower reps on the weights…

I'll drink a glass of wine or bottle of beer in my day-to-day meals. I just figure it into my calorie count. I will go out and have a night on town with friends, which can mean a lot of drinks, but I try to stay consistent and smart (no calorie-heavy mixed drinks) and log it all the next morning. It's kind of like…

You look gorgeous. I'm pretty sure I say this with every single photo you put up, but seriously, you're beautiful - and your positive spirit just seems to shine through in every single photo! You glow! In a good way - not like a sweaty, dewy way. Haha.

I really liked the idea about leaving carrots on people's desks.

I'd move the candy back to a common area like a break room or something, where everyone who enjoys candy can enjoy candy.
-
I'd do strength training. A couple months of lifting will tighten them right up. I've always seen the best results with heavier weights, and medium reps (8-10). Beyond that, it'll come down to overall fat loss.

You look fantastic and I LOVE that blue bathing suit!
-
Love the new haircut too! Great job!

Same here. I'm contemplating if I'm going to ever return to marathon running at this stage. I've achieved far more with my figure through HIIT and heavy weightlifting. But mentally/emotionally I love to run - it's very peaceful and calms me right down.

I'm with everyone on the Skullcandy buds. BUT the wires break/lose connection inside after 2-3 months. I have to replacement mine constantly. I don't deliberately tug and wrap them, but general wear and tear does them in rapidly. This, however, isn't unique to Skullcandy. The $40 Phllips I used to use broke every 6 months.…

That's a fantastic idea, flipping it. The retainer I have is one-sided flat too. The right/perfect jewelry is so hard to find. A ball that doesn't loosen, the short length, made from teflon, not metal, flat heads...oy.

Bodyglide is magical. I started using it for running, but now I wear it on my thighs when I wear skirts and dresses as well. If not online, you can find it at sports stores or outdoors stores (REI, etc.): http://www.amazon.com/BodyGlide-Anti-Chafing-Stick-2-5oz/dp/B0025UIZUU

The right socks made all the difference with moisture-induced blisters that I used to get on long distance runs. When I first started running, I felt ultra jiggly on my bum and belly - snug but thick and structured wicking tights and tanks not only drew away the moisture to prevent chafing and overheating, making me much…

Look for YouTube videos. I've seen some blogs that describe and report on the course too. The walls look really short - it's not like you're hefting yourself over 7 foot wall or something. They're more like 3 ft.

Me! They finally brought it to MA this year! It's part of my 30th birthday celebration week. Haha. The last day I'm 29, I will leap cars and crawl through mud!
