Personally I see newbies come on and ask serious questions because they are confused about all the information out there and you always have to have one snarky person be totally nasty for some unknown reason. Do you not have anyting better to do then to lurk about and try to make people feel bad??

I feel you...I really do. For almost 20 years now my husband has called me fat and sloppy....so I have finally lost weight. Now he says I am too skinny and I don't look good. He won't even look at me. I am just mad at this point. But you know what? I am gonna keep doing what I'm doing and he can just kiss my a**! This is…

That's awesome! I have noticed people treating me differently now and people doing a double take before they stop and talk to me...like they ddn't know it was me. The funniest was the kids' pediatrician who asked me if I meant to lose so much weight or if I had been sick...has to be a doctor thing, lol! It's a nice feeling…

YAY! Good for you!!

I'm an old fart at 37 but I have 5 kids. The oldest is 11, then 9, 5, 4 and the baby just turned 1. I had 100 pounds to lose and am slowly getting there! Feel free to add me :flowerforyou:

I know I'll get yelled at by someone but I can not eat at all before I exercise - or even drink. It makes me ill. I always just get up and do my elliptical workout and as soon as I am done I get a large drink of water and then my breakfast. Don't know why, but if I eat first I hurl. :blushing:

Try allrecipes.com - they had a "lite" zucchini bread recipe as well as tasteofhome.com :flowerforyou:

I have one and I work out on it 6 days a week. I love it! It never gets any easier and it kicks my butt every morning:wink:

I don't want to sound bad - and I didn't read all the responses here, so if it's a repeat I am sorry - but I am so happy you posted that with your tummy showing. Mine looks like that and I am happy to see it is possible to shrink it back up! You gave me hope : )

I treat them as - well - a treat! LOL! I splurge a bit - try not to over do. Gives me something to look forward to!!! :drinker:

Thanks guys. I am saying 20 more pounds because that is the high end of the suggested weight for me. If I get to that point and want to continue I will have to reassess my goals. I really am miffed that he's acting this way. A partner/hubby/wife should be supportive and not bring negativity to everything you do. This is…

I hear ya. The more weight I lose the stranger my body looks. Right now I have small areas of concentrated fat on my stomach, thighs and "batwings". The more weight I lose the smaller they are getting but it just looks awful for now. I have "skinny" arms and legs and then that crap...it just doesn't seem fair. I know it…

Way to go! What an awesome job! :flowerforyou:

Every Sunday is my cheat day. I eat what I want, in moderation ofcourse! All week long whenever I want something not so good for me I know I can have it on Sunday and it helps me stick with it. So far it has been working fine for me.
-
Me too...should we throw things at each other?? LOL!
-
Honestly, I would consider it a free day. Assuming you don't do this regularly I don't see the harm in having a treat. Just don't go overboard on greasy/fried/buttery things or you may upset your tummy. I actually have a free day every Sunday and it hasn't hurt me at all. I know some people get all up in arms about what…

I don't have any fancy words of encouragement for you. It's tough...but if it is what you have to do to make yourself feel better then you just have to do it. After a few days or maybe a week or so it will just become part of your regular day and it won't be so rough. Good luck on your journey! :flowerforyou:

I started out a 42DD and am now a 36D...so yes but thankfully not too much, lol!

Thank you guys! I guess I just feel weird because when I was fatter I was fatter all over. Now I have "skinny" legs, arms and face yet this huge looking gut, thighs and underarm fat...it's just a shock I think. It makes those areas seem more pronounced and its a shock to look in the mirror. I know the hubby thinks I look…

Jim Beam...I will not surrender the beam - but I have changed from regular Dr. Pepper with it to diet... :drinker:

I'm guilty I guess...but I always say something positive just because the person is here and is logging in. I think it's great they are being held accountable for what they consumed during the day and that they are being honest enough to record it. But that's just me being optimistic I suppose!

I have had 9 pregnancies and have 5 kids. I am slowly losing the weight and my skin is getting saggy. With time and strength training it is slowly shrinking up. I don't know if it will ever be all the way normal - I'm thinking not - but it will be better than when I was bigger for sure! Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Does it have caffeine or caffeine like herbs in it? I find things like that make me very crabby! :blushing:
