I'm not an expert but I do believe it does matter what you eat. While calories are calories junk food has more sugars, fats and sodium so it can change your numbers. I have noticed mine be a bit higher when I throw in some junk - even if I'm under my calorie goal. :wink:

I would have to say all the extremities first. My head, neck, lower arms and legs. Everything else is shrinking but it's just taking longer for them to tone down!

Yup - around the 30-40 pound mark people started noticing. I actually had people say they couldn't notice I'd lost weight cause my clothes were getting too loose...really? :noway: LOL! Now I'm down 62 pounds and everyone is noticing!
