You need to do what makes you happy. If you are questioning the relationship then you are not happy. Don't get yourself stuck in a miserable life. You don't need a partner to be happy...happiness comes from with in yourself.

I tried Yaz and it cleared up my acne but I just spotted all month long so I quit taking it. I tried it and it didn't help lose weight but it did give me a boost energy wise. I would like to say I now just have a cup of coffee and it gives me the same boost alot cheaper! :wink:

Sure - you feel better because you are exercising and now you have MORE energy! I was surprised at how good it made me feel after my workout...when I had a chance to cool off and chill out for a bit. :bigsmile: I love my elliptical!!

I am doing a 30 minute elliptical workout and Zumba a few days a week with toning in between...my weight loss has happened in a little over a month. Something is working :wink: I do like it though...gets me in a "bouncy" mood!

Sometimes I feel like with the shoes on I can't get the right grip either (I know-sounds backwards) but you can't really "feel" the floor and your foot position as well. Did that sound like a good reason? LOL!:laugh:

Honestly I am ashamed of how I look so I have DVD's of all kinds of different routines/programs and I also stream workouts from my Netflix. I also have a space saver elliptical. I have so many different choices that so far I have not gotten bored. I think that's the key...whatever works for you that you will enjoy! Good…

I was super sore for about a week when I started out. I just took advil for the pain and eventually it went away! I'm sure in time yours will stop hurting so bad too - hang in there!!!:wink:

I've heard that cardio is best. I actually use workouts that I watch on Netflix! They are working pretty good for me so far as well as using my elliptical. I can change them up that way as well and am not getting bored with them. I also love my Zumba although I wouldn't be able to do it in public - I'm quite sure I do not…

I had trouble like this and when I asked evryone said the same thing..you have to eat a bit more. I went 2 weeks without losing anything then I started to eat more and I have lost 3 pounds in 3 days! I also adjusted my activity level up a notch for my numbers. That could help...worth a try : ) Good luck!

Also, I do 30 minutes on my elliptical with the iFit 6 days a week. I try to do various other exercises 5 days a week...toning, aerobics, zumba, calisthetics, ab work..etc...ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour. I can tell you that as of right now my daily goal is 1470 and my net is at -56. The only meal I have left is dinner and I won't be eating that much.
