  • Ugh! People are killing me by writing "tamarrow" ! It's tomorrow people...really it is - I swear! Look it up! Use auto correct - something -anything!! LOL!! :laugh: I am so happy I am not the only one out there bothered by this stuff...
  • I do slimfast after I exercise in the morning and I make my own shake. I do it cause 1. It cools me down and 2. It's CHOCOLATE! LOL! It gives me my chocolate fix I need for the day : ) It makes me happy so I drink it. I hear people tell me how terrible it is etc but I love it and it's keeping me from bingeing on chocolate…

  • You watched Dr. Oz didn't you? Everyone is always looking up stuff after his shows! It's just amusing to see how wide of an audience he affects with his tips :happy: I thought about trying one cause - ofcourse, I watched Dr. Oz too! LOL!! :laugh:

  • Yes, I agree. Any friends who have tried it did indeed lose weight quickly - but put it back on plus soon after. If you want to lose weight it has to be a lifestyle change - not a quick fix. It may work initially but it doesn't stay that way so you end up wasting your time and money. Good luck to you :flowerforyou:

  • I use all the negative comments when I am feeling like I can't go on....when I'm in the middle of a hard workout and I think "I can't do this anymore - I have to stop"...I remember all the mean things everyone has ever said to me and it gives me the extra oomph to keep going! :wink:
  • Workout on the elliptical in the mornings and a dvd workout in the afternoon - watch what I eat, drink lots of water and stay motivated!! Checking in on MFP and my friends helps me out tremendously!! : )
  • I am still trying to lose baby weight. I have a 9 month old and 4 other kids as well...I have been preggo a total of 9 times. I just added a little on each time until now I feel like a beached whale! I'm gonna do this though if it kills me!!
  • I just take a pain pill (prescribed by my Dr cause I have endometriosis and PCOS) and double up on the leakage protection and power through it. If I am super tired and in pain I may just do a shorter workout that day. I still get a workout in but don't kill myself to do it :wink:
