I walk/run on treadmill usually 2 or 3 days a week, and do the EA Sports Active 2 for the Wii 4 days a week, and crunches daily

I eat right around 1200 calories a day. I'll work on gettin my log to show up!

I"m in this same boat!!! I've been workin out and watching what I eat for the past month, and the scale is going UP!!!!!!! UGH...I know they say muscle weigh's more than fat, and I can see a bit of a difference in the way my body looks, but SERIOUSLY!!! I want the numbers on the scale to go down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've used the Brazil Butt Lift and it kicked my butt each time I did it!!! :) I've also tried Turbo Jam and think that works quite well!!!
