I realized that I had reduced my portion sizes and calories but I was eating too many carbs, and lots of simple instead of complex carbs. Learn what you eat to learn what to change. SOmetimes it's not just quantity but also quality. :)
  • Welcome :) Just remember, we are human and one day may not be as good as we hoped. But, thankfully that day only last 24 hours and you can begin a new the next. You will slip up, but thats ok!
