Not my fav food..... I don't love or hate it. I force myself to eat it sometimes because its so good for you. Its actually really good with canned pumpkin, a little almond butter and a little agave. UGH! That sucks. I truly hope I see some changes. I'm also adding 2 spin classes a week and 2 or 3 10 minute pilates workouts. Have you done anything else?

Fantastic results! I will be done with the 30DS on Saturday. My results aren't as dramatic but I also started at 228lbs and a 48' gut. I try to watch my sugar as well. The only issue I have is that MPF does not distinguish added sugar VS natural sugars ei milk, banana, apple..... I have just been limiting my added sugars (sweets, processed foods) and if the numbers are off I do not fret. That's my 2 cents, I would love to hear the correct answer if there…

If its late and close to your bed time I would stick to protein shake/bar or even a piece of chicken breast, lean lunch meat. If you have 3 or more hours before bed then add a healthy carb.
