I think we all fall into the trap of one more cookie wont hurt, but I agree set your goal really high, Try to only eat one dessert, or only eat Healthy things first then if your still hungry eat the not as healthy dishes. Believe me i know~ that was my yesterday minus the yummy food yiou suggested! i ate candy and ice cream and (MCDONALDS) which i dont even like all becasue i was in a hurry to eat and take my children trick or treating! I havent felt well so i wanted the icecream to sooth my throat which it didnt so i was eating empty…

Im proud of my self because even though its freezing out i still choose to walk on my lunch not becasue i had to but becasue i wanted to this desk job means alot of sitting on my booty and im not burning many calories so its nice to get fresh air sometimes!

yay Good For you! I still have a sweet tooth and try hard daily to make sure im not going back to all the sugary sweets just bc they are so yummy! Its a great feeling having will power!

ALot of the beach body dvds are great! they are fun adn you wont get bored as long as you switch it up! and they are a great carbio burn! I use Turbo Jam! i love it its an older one i got it about 7 years ago but i love it! Good luck!

Try to drink more water it will help you feel fuller and eat things with High Protein Like nuts or Lean meats. I try eating eggs in the morning, and that helps me to feel fuller. also if your having a hard time staying with in calorie range, see if its because the meals you choose will put you over you want to save at…
