So cute! I think a lot of children would like to be dinosaurs.

I wanted to be an author, an archeologist, and a marine biologist. I figured out I had no writing ability in elementary school, so I crossed that off my list. Not living near the ocean changed my goal of being a marine biologist. I still think I would like anthropology/archeology. I like the classes I have taken in both…

Is there no free or income based health clinic in your area? and there is always the dss. The low income clinic in my area charges $30 for the first meeting. The dss is pretty low as well. There is always Medicaid if you are that low income.

The only anxiety medications that work for me without creating a bad, doped up feeling is hydroxyzine pamoate, Schizandra and/or an antidepressant. Sometimes my head just goes wild with anxiety and then I take the hydroxyzine and it really helps. It is only occasionally that I need to take it, not even once a month at this…

Have you gained most of the weight you lost back already? If you have not gained it all back, you could just try to maintain for a little while. I find that I can maintain even when I am really struggling to lose. Sometimes you just need to stop losing and just try to maintain so you won't give up entirely. Are you on a…

I have several reasons why I do not "work out" in the traditional sense. One is that there is not really a good gym around me. When I lived in Fort Worth, I went to the local YMCA regularly. I really enjoyed it because the machines were good and there were plenty of different classes. Second, is that working out at my size…

I spend 100 a week for my husband, 5 year old son, and myself. Then we have a little extra budget for eating out- like 20 a week.

I feel the same way about having kids. I used to not want kids at all and was very committed to not wanting them. Then I feel in love and was thinking that maybe I did not know everything about what I wanted in life. I was only 22. My husband and I ended up becoming pregnant soon after marriage, and I loved my son as soon…

I totally agree. My husband sometimes eats really loud if he really likes what he is eating or if he is stressed, and it annoys me so much. We sometimes have a little argument about it. He always acts hurt when I get on him about his loud chewing.

Miley Cyrus is going through a really funky stage. It does not seem like she knows anything about real beauty and sexiness. I think she is kind of gross. Even my dad who is not the most conservative thought Miley Cyrus's performance at the VMA's was trashy. She has very little musical talent. Why do musicians today, and…

Here are my main four. Not being listened to by my husband. When people I am close to do not keep their promises. Feeling controlled and dictated to by other people. When people put me down and tell me I am doing something wrong without giving any encouragement when I try to improve.

Now you're making sense. What you were trying to do is actually funny. You may want to use emoticons to show that you are just using humor and not being serious.

I love hummus too. Any flavor is good: garlic, pepper, artichoke, and spicy. It is so easy to make at home, so it is not necessary to buy it.

Do hate the texture of vegetables or the taste or both? If it is taste you can probably season vegetables the way you like and find ways to prepare them that you like. If it is texture mainly or both, like I and others have said hide it in your food. Vegetables are important to eat. They are so good for you and hardly any…

Do you like smoothies or blended vegetable/fruit soups cooked or raw? That is a great way to get veggies and you don't even really taste them. I just made a green smoothie with a bunch of spinach and couldn't even taste the spinach.

Fresh salsa Peanut butter thai sauce The Japanese or Chinese white sauce- I am not sure what it is called. I had it on egg rolls and it is so good. It is sweet so not bitter at all.

Stomach, especially lower stomach.

Hi, I know mean comments can really hurt and make it difficult to function normally. It is funny you experience this. I lived in Fort Worth, Texas for a time and regularly went out. I was about 240lbs at 5'6.5''. I never experienced mean comments. I even rode public transportation and walked the downtown city streets by…

Hi, Norma. I never actually tried a nutribullet but I did have a magic bullet so I have some experience with the blenders by this company. I would skip it because when I used my magic bullet it would not blend things very well and it had other problems. It quit working in a couple months. I would suggest getting a good…

That is a very good point.

I notice they sell much bigger cups and bowls than they used to when I was a child. It is easier to eat more if you have a larger bowl to fill and drink more coke or juice if you have a large cup to fill.

Based on what I have seen from cookbooks, people now eat much more sweets than they did even in the 60's. My mom said her dad ate toast with jelly as a snack and my grandma did not like sweets. She was more of a salt eater. Both were a little overweight but not obese. My mom's dad died in his 50's though because he had a…

My family is low income, and I am quite overweight, but my five year old son is actually a pretty normal weight. I really think obesity is a personal problem that some people struggle with and others don't. My aunt has several adult children and she and her husband have been bigger but all of her children are pretty normal…

I think children at schools are not allowed to be active enough. They should have one or two recesses a day but often they will only get like 2 per week. That just is not enough activity and teaches kids to be sedentary.

I think so. I just made a very basic chili at home, and was asking my mom and husband why it tastes so much better than something you get at a fast food place. I find that fast food and frozen food makes me feel nasty. It leaves me with a sicky feeling and not from eating too much, just from eating it at all.

I agree with you about not just going out for activities with the neighborhood kids. Some neighborhood kids will do that but the one I grew up in did not. My mom noticed that was a major change from her childhood. She used to play a lot with the neighborhood kids and says she had an idealic childhood. As far as eating out,…

Well, my mom was not really skinnier than my sisters in the 70's and 80's. She was around 110-120 and the sister most like her in height was around 115-120 at the same age, so I don't think there is necessarily much of a difference between them. Though, I am the bigger sister and weighted significantly more. I wore a…
