I try not to weight at home. It is different than the one at the gym. There is like a three pound difference between the two. So I try to go by the gym since that is what they go by.

I had my first child at 16 the second one 13 months later. I did not give myself time to lose between kids. I stayed fit until after I had my second baby. 5'2" here and I set my goal at 150 all because I have commitment issues. Would love to be smaller. Have 114 lbs to go. But I am taking baby sets to get there. Good luck to u on ur journey.

I have been trying to follow the alli diet plan that is in their book ( without the pills) and they recommend whole grain cherrios I think it is like a cup and half with a peice of fruit and some fat free milk it also talks about raisin bran and grape but flakes. Hope this helps

I think we all have been in your shoes at some point in our life. It hurts like crap when it finally hits us. Just be proud of what you have lost when your weeding gets here. It really isn't good to compare our bodies to other people. We all lose it differently.

Nikki it will be ok. is it time for your monthly ? if so you could be holding fluid from that. your body maybe gaining muscle instead of losing weight. Don't give up you have come to far to give up. Maybe change up your walking with something else. Your body may have gotten use to the walking.

i love the super hola hoop on wii fit plus. i can beat even my kids at it. i am going to try an get this hour in. when is the week up?

I do an exercise class that is 45 minutes long. It is sorta like a circuit workout. Thanks for all the advise so far.

Eating fast food. We are always on the run with my kids we eat out every night. Even though I am losing I still want to stop eating it.
