OK, a person spits IN THE SINK after brushing their teeth. You wash your nasty hands IN THE SINK. Why not piss in it, it that's your option? Probably be glad he doesn't piss in the floor. Or the garbage can. Or in the bed.

Try to stay away from packaged foods i.e. sandwich meats, canned soups, canned vegetables, chips, etc. Try frozen vegetables if you can't get fresh veggies..DRINK YOUR WATER! It will help flush out the excess sodium you consume. Good luck on your journey! Oh! Weight watchers and lean cuisine frozen meals are LOADED with…

I just signed up for my very first 10K! Bless you for running on the TM! I despise that thing! LOL But the heat has definitely been a hinderance! Good luck!

All the above AND DRINK YOUR WATER! It will help flush it out. Keep in mind, we do need sodium to survive..it is an electrolyte that is necessary for our heart to work properly but too much is easily ingested. Good luck with your journey!!

I knew it. Started off last Monday at 174. On Wednesday, I was 171. After my race this weekend and good food, I weighed in at 174 this morning. So 0 loss. I'll get it done. Damn.

I'm nervous about tomorrow's weigh in! I think I did really good throughout the week, but Friday and Saturday food-wise, not so great. I was in Pensacola for a race and ate accordingly...I'm going to weigh in first thing in the morning, though. If I have no loss, or even a gain, I will get it, PLUS more, off by next…

Oh, for the love of Tom Cruise, would y'all stop???!!! I love my fish, chicken, cow, pig, etc! I'm going to eat them, dammit! I have a better chance of getting run down by a car while running...(God forbid!). Ok, that is all.
