I am currently on week 3 of the hundred push up challenge! I started the 200 sit up challenge this week also! Good luck with it, it seems to be working, I feel stronger and definitely firmer!

exactly. Sodium is an electrolyte that your heart needs to function properly. Too much and/or too little isn't a good thing.

I think you can flush it out. You can also sweat it out. I drink alot of water during the day (3-4 liters) but my sodium intake is borderline, sometimes over the 2500 recommended by MFP. I do have a friend who SWEARS that watching her sodium and drinking water has aided her weight loss tremendously, she has lost 145 lbs.

Have you ever taken your measurements? I've been on here for 180 days and I have lost 10 lbs...BUT I've lost 20 inches overall! That being said, the scale is the devil! And the measuring tape is my BFF! Keep at it, it'll happen! :smile:
