I went there yesterday after my 5K. I wanted the pancakes, but I got the grilled chicken tenderloins with pinto beans and turnip greens, and it was delicious! Much better choice than the pancakes!

This is so true! When I first started running, I'd wear my sunglasses whether I needed them or not. I compared it to the ostrich sticking his head in the sand, thinking nobody can see him.
