  • :smile: Yes, my goal is 20lbs, I am down 4... so 16 more to go. But I generally eat back my exercise calories, so I'm usually eating 1600 to 1800 a day.... So should I still not restrict what I ate?
  • I was curious if this really works... I usually eat back most of my exercise calories, taking up my calories by 400 on the days I work out. So... does this still apply to me? *fingers crossed lol*

  • I had the martini after everything else while watching the OSU game. But yes, I waited to have it until afterwards because I do get the munchies if I drink. :smile:
  • Thank you, truely, but I am still so not happy with myself. My calorie goal to lose 1lb a week w/o exercise is 1200, so I scarffed down 2 days of calories in 2 hours :noway:
  • obese individuals do generally have muslces to support theit increased frame sizes, so if she has been busting her butt for 6 months and built up the cardio, it is very likly she can do this.

  • yes, what he said above! don't deny yourself anything, take a few nachos/wings and enjoy them! i find that the more i drink, the more i overeat, so if you can find a drink that is strong that you really enjoy and can sip on, that may also help you cut down! i really love tequilla, will drink it strait, so i get stuff like…

  • Hi!! Maybe you can up your cardio? It seems you are doing enough exercise to maintain a healthy weight, maybe try 1 hour of good, sweaty cardio 4-5 times a week.

  • I LOVE my beer.... if you enjoy a good beer, and this helps me, have one, with a high alcohol content that tastes great. the dark, thick lagers, stouts and porters have 200-300 calories, but they are FILLING. eat a nice sized salad/whatever and have one great beer that you can really savor.
