That is awesome! We went to TGI Friday's this weekend and I got the turkey burger on whole wheat bun with lots of tomatoes, lettuce, red onion and mustard and a side of fresh fruit and ice tea. We marinade our chicken in lemon and orange juice with chopped red onion, garlic and cilantro. Marinade overnight for more flavorful chicken. :o)

Agreed! I only use Fat Free Cottage Cheese for my dips. I like to add finely chopped Cilantro and Jalapeño. Adding flavors you like to your veggies will help you enjoy them. I've learned to get creative. Best of luck to you. :o)

Fresh squeezed orange and lemon juice with just a little olive oil. Chopped cilantro, red onion and garlic. A little worchestire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Great as a dressing and as a marinade. Hope you like it! :o)

I weigh almost everyday, but I have a set day and time for my "official" weigh in. I am a bit compulsive, I can't help myself. Sometimes it can be frustrating though when you don't see that number move. :o)
