I start my days doing the wii fit free step aerobic workout. 30 mins is 3000 steps! That gives me a good head start each day. I work in a preschool so I am on my feet all day too. I just don't know what the step count is at the end of the day. I should look into that i guess.

i like skinny cow ice cream and weight watchers ice cream bar. I tastes really good and solves my cravings when i have them.

I have it and it took a few tries to figure out which workout to do. I think I've finally found one I can keep up with. My problem is I have no coordination and felt frustrated because I couldn't keep up. But now, I really work up a sweat and feel like I've done good.

I have snacks built into my day. Hi I know the feeling. I started LAST Jan. and did well until summer (too hot was the excuse) I lost 15 lbs and felt so proud of myself! I gained 9 lbs back and am pretty upset with myself now.
