I use a Polar H7 Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor and it works great for HIIT. I pair it with my phone and the Polar Beat app. Use that for Cardio, Running, Strength ETC ETC

Mine goes up and down 3 or 4 pounds sometimes. Yesterday I was 206 and today 202.

So far two people have suggested some sort of sewing adventure that I am not sure I could undertake. The last time I sewed something I was in 8th grade home ed class and begged my partner, who by the way was smoking hot, to sew my pillow together. Wonder what she is up to now days! hmmmm

I use a Polar Loop paired with a H7 Bluethooth HRM and it solves what I need. Was the only fitness tracker I could find at the time that had a HRM built in and could handle HIIT Cardio and running.

Another vote for the Polar loop. It used to be the only tracker you could use with a heart rate monitor chest strap. Until the Vivofit came out. Just create an exercise and after every event add it in. I just my Loop and bluetooth HRM for tracking all my HIIT workouts.

At the beginning I would do 1 work out in the morning and then 1 at night Now I am doing them back to back. I actually starting doubling up a couple of them in the Beta Phase

I am finishing gamma round this week. All said and done I will lose about 25 pounds. Quite a few inches. Like you at the beginning I struggled, but now I am killing it. Once I finish this week, I will have before and after pics. Stick with it, you wont regret it.

I am actually eating 1800 calories. But burning 900, there by only netting 900. My macros are decent with 1800 calories

Like someone else said that is actually not 6 pounds of weight gain. Most likely sodium blah blah. Each pound is what 3500 calories? Are you thinking you ate 12k. Hmmm
