Thanks you guys! I drink about 10-12 glasses of water a day so I'm not worried about being dehydrated. My husband says I should drink more but honestly I don't see how I possibly can without bursting at the seams! Anyhow thanks for the clarification, that really helps :)

Just curious, how much water are you getting in a day? I've heard lots of instances of people who plateau, and oftentimes it's just that their water intake isn't high enough. If you do increase your water, make sure that you're getting adequate sodium as well, or else you might start to feel fuzzy-headed and unwell.

Oh one more thing....if you want to mix it up some with your meat, I just discovered that turkey breast fried in coconut oil is beyond delicious! Seriously....I think it might be better than bacon. Blasphemy, I know!

When I enter it, I enter "Pork - Cured, bacon, cooked, pan-fried" because that's just what comes up in the search when I search for Bacon. If that helps you. Also, keep in mind that it's not bad to have saturated fat, even from bacon. I almost have to remind myself of that because the American "low-fat" stigma is so deeply…
