Enell is what I use and it is pretty amazing. Corset bra, enough said. However if you don't like the girls squished down to virtually no movement, may not be the bra for you. Just sayin!

Jello... just no. Seriously the thought creeps me out. It just jiggles and dances in front of me. Totally grosses me out to think about eating food that dances. Eek! Made for a hard time in college when everyone else was doing jello shots. *No thanks, I'll just nurse my beer over here* :sick:

A really great snack to munch on and not feel guilty about is roasted edamame. They are really delicious and full of protein as well. I keep a bag at my desk handy at all times.

I'm also looking for friends and motivation! My situation is so similar to yours, I'm 196-200 lbs fluctuating. I'm 25 and I signed up for MFP a while ago but am just now starting to consistently track everything and get serious. Friends and motivation are so welcome. I will FR you if I can figure it out :D
