No not at all. If I'm hungry I'll eat! Admittedly the really huge one was a pub crawl and I counted all my alcohol calories. But It's really strange as I never usually feel hungry to the point of massively overeating, it's just little things here and there or a bad meal choice that bumps it up

Wow I can relate to so many of these!! When I look back now I really wasn't as big as I thought back in school. My BMI at the time was 26 I think! I also just realised that from my lowest ever weight to my highest, there is a difference of 80lbs!! I put that on in like 3 years!

Eeeeee been talking to my boyfriend and I'm getting one once I've lost the weight!! Fingers crossed for this summer for me :) Want it on my hip so need to be down at my ideal weight first. Gives me a few months to finalise my idea too.

LOL Loving the confusion on here... Flapjacks in England (Wales in the OP's case) are NOT pancakes!! They're oats, golden syrup and butter and sugar etc.. Yummy but almost impossible to make low calorie sorry!! You can make them slightly better by using low fat marge not butter etc but still pretty damn bad unfortunately,

Skiiny and unfit. I'll never be fit to be honest. I'm too broken lol. Missing a lung, flat arches that insoles don't help, clicky joints and hips, a touch of hypermobility.... So yeah it's basically fat or skinny.. and I choose skinny!!!

According to someone where I work, you can do the main meal in about 30 minutes but all three is nearly impossible. Also, I've seen a couple of his other recipes worked out and some were sky high in calories!!

How many days is it today? Still not been on :) Had a good ish day yesterday so I kinda wanted to this morning but I'm finding it easier and easier to resist!! Sounds like it could be to do with the blood flow. Blood pressure and pulse both increase with exercise, could be to do with the capillaries under your skin not being used to this, thus the stretching of them making you feel like you're itching.. Not a clue just an educated guess...
