I take my kids to the park. You can let the older kids play on the playground while you push the stroller around and around and around it. You can do lunges behind the stroller as well! While they're napping you can do exercise videos, and can take a family walk when the weather is nice with baby in a front carrier or the…

Maybe just take a picture of before that wasn't intended to be a "before" pic. Then take a nice clothed picture now! I bet we could all see the difference, it's hard when you're living in the thing that's changing to tell, but one day it will just hit you - like the reverse of being pregnant, one day you look down and…

Great job, an accomplishment you should definitely be proud of! By the way, what does NSV mean?

Are you taking supplements? If so, which ones? How much are you exercising? Are you so focused on MFP that you're frustrated by the kids interrupting you? Just a thought. I did that a little bit with my younger 2. First of all, it's hard to lose weight. You have to keep track of so much, you're body is in a calorie…

"Sometimes the questions are complicated, and the answers are simple" ~Dr. Seuss I'm not perfect, I yo-yo with the best of them, but I keep at it. A setback is temporary, quitting is forever. I'm guessing that you're like most parents, in that you feel in your own heart that you want a wonderful life for your kids. Your…

Yes, I had 2 c-sections and eventually an abdominal hysterectomy within 3.5 years. Even when I got to my pre-pregnancy weight, my stomach is completely different than it ever used to be. Give yourself time though, 13 weeks is nothing. It took you 9 months to get your body that way, don't expect it to snap back like a…

You can do it! I'm an RN, and I've seen lots of people self-correct their type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetic conditions. The cholesterol can be a little trickier if there is a genetic factor involved (my husband is underweight - runs 5-10K's and still has cholesterol issues), but you can still see what YOUR best effort can…

Awesome, keep it up!

Awesome transformation, mentally and physically! You should hold your head high, and enjoy your accomplishments. You look beautiful, and I'm sure your kids are so proud of their mom!

Michelob Ultra, or Bud Select for beer, or you can do mixed drinks with Diet Soda or Crystal Light. Also, many stores carry sugar free/low calorie margarita mixes etc. As for foods, Keep a snack in your purse that soaks up the liquor for late nights, then the next day, try fresco menu at Taco Bell, there are some good…

4 times a week is a lot of lifting. Your muscles swell when lifting. Chances are, though you're losing, the weeks that you're lifting that often, you're going to hold extra water due to inflammation. Also, if you're not getting enough water, everything slows down on the way out! Just a few thoughts from Nurse Stacy :-)

Hi Jenny, hope it's going well! I'm a horrific yo-yo dieter. My "starting weight" since I began MFP is actually 13lbs lighter than I am right now. It actually took me logging my food and weight continuously to figure that out, even though my closet contains sizes from 10 to 20! I'm reading "unlimited" by Jillian Michaels…
