It's really not that bad having going into Vickys and having someone measure you. U keep your shirt on. Its kindof hard to get an accurate reading when you do it yourself

I couldn't have said it better myself. I have a problem eating the alloted 1200 calories a day. I don't like to feel stuffed, so I do what I can.

I am 5'9 and my oal weight is 180. I don't want to get too skinny and always been a "thick"girl. Since weight loss has been going well I think I will try and get to 167. I'm at 192 now

They aren't that bad. When I started my weight loss, I used them everyday. Now I just cook my own food, but try different flavors. They aren't all that bad

I would say to eat a snack like a banana before the workout to give you some energy to push through the workout. Then have ur meal after a shower. However if you decide to eat first, just wait a little bit then work out

U can do it. Believe it or not I don't have a gym mebership and only work out for 35 - 45 mins each day. With a little one and work. I only have time to work out when she takes her morning nap

if you dont have a heart rate monitor, you can log in under cardi exercise. Just punch in strength train and eneter the # of mins you did it.
