Thank you both so much! It is amazing to see my waistline shrink, considering my stomach area is where i carry most of my weight. It's finally getting smaller. I hope to fit into at least a size 12 by the time i'm done with my weightloss

I've lost a total of 44 lbs. My year and half year old husky/lab weights 44 lbs so, I've lost my dog lol

How did you get your stomach so flat? I look at my stomach now and it looks like your before picture. Thats my biggest problem area. Any Advice lol

Good Morning Everyone!! i hope you all had a wonderful Holiday. I expected to gain over the holiday but i got a lot of workouts in and weighted in at 216. I'm totally stocked. I may actually be able to hit my goal of 200 by the end of the year :)

My elliptical doesn't have a cord. It runs off batteries. I use my elliptical every day and the batteries last me about 3-4 months

I'm doing th 30DS and JM says a good form of cardio if you have lower body issues is to stand with you feet ur feet, squat down a little and bring your arms up and do punches. I can tell you that doing that is a good form of cardio lol it gives me a work out.
