I do! There is no way I can have only one serving of cereal. Special K Red Berries, I could eat almost a whole box at one sitting! :embarassed:

Mine is also Couch to 5K, from the App. Store, it's a brown square with white 5k. It worked well! It was $2.99. :smile:

I have ALWAYS hated running, I couldn't do it, BUT started the Couch to 5K program, LOVE running!! I finished the program, now I am doing it again to increase my speed. You can do it at your own pace. GREAT program! :drinker:

You are not alone! My midwife talked to me about surgery also, but if it does't work to well, I don't think I'm interested. And I hate doing kegels!

Awesome! My mother in law makes them, we love 'em!! She still speaks fluent Polish with her husband and I love her accent when she speaks English. Thanks for sharing, we keep wanting to learn and make them with her, gotta do it!

Those are so cute! The other night I asked my 4 year old son to ask my 14 year old son to please get their little sister a drink, she's 2. My 4 year old goes up and says "GET EMMA A DRINK YOU WIENER!" My 14 year old said "OKAY!". Stillll laughing about it. :)

Also, I don't move on until I'm confident with how I finish each session. :)

I'm on Week 6 Day 2 and love it. It has gotten much easier! I even did the straight 20 minutes when at the beginning it was hard to jog the 90 seconds. I work at at 4 to 4.5 pace. It does get easier!
