  • Got to day 20 yesterday and I've peetered out. The last couple of days I've been having a extremely sore lower back. Gonna give myself a couple days off and heal up, then pick back up on day 21 after that.
  • So today was supposed to be 150 sec regular plank. Failed. :( Managed 120 secs, then added a 90 sec one later on, but wasn't able to make 150 in one setting. :(
  • On day 14 here, second round of 90 second planks were slightly easier than the first round on day 12, but ooff, still rough. I started out doing side planks along w/ the regular ones with matching time, but that petered out at 45 secs. Can't seem to get past the 45 sec mark for the side planks, but still keeping on track…
