I definitely know that 1200 calories is not enough for me- that is why I want to figure out my TDEE. I just tried that website- thanks! It says my TDEE should be around 2100- holy crap! I will do that TDEE - 20% for a month and see what happens :)

Right now, we just moved overseas due to my husband's military career, and I am waiting for my interview clothes to come in so I am temporarily a bum :) I was a Marketing Director before we moved, I worked from home a lot, but spent most of the time pacing while on the phone. But I am going to start working again next…

Wow!!!! You have lost so much weight, and you look so much younger! What an inspiration. I hope that you are proud of yourself every day.

Absolutely. Previous posters pretty much covered it- I always weigh first thing in the morning to get the most accurate picture.

You look great! What a difference :) I have learned over the past few years that pictures can tell a much bigger story than numbers on a scale- now that I am focusing on losing fat and getting in shape, I started taking pictures so that I do not get discouraged by the numbers moving slowly- I would rather build muscle,…

Some calorie dense foods might get you there- avocados, peanut butter, nuts, dark chocolate, protein shakes, olive oil, cheese, "fun foods". Congratulations on the weight loss so far!

Looking great! Keep up the awesome work :)

Cut off the arms and eat a couple gallons of Ben and Jerry's. Solved. And that will not even take the whole week ;)

Good for you! That is awesome :)

Heavy lifting! Especially squats.

Would add that my food intake is largely lean protein, fruits and veggies, nuts, and the occasional beer out with friends.

My husband is an extremely fit guy (he has to be for his job), and I have always been a bit sluggish- I take inspiration from him when I can, and don't feel jealous or grumpy when he is getting fit. He has always been an encouragement to me- when I workout more and get stronger, he tells me how proud he is. The times in…

I was soooo close to my goal weight 6 months ago before my husband got back in the military and I ended up visiting family for 2.5 months- if I can get down 8 pounds to be within 10 lbs of my goal, I will be thrilled.

Somewhere around there, but beautiful! Peception is difficult- at my highest, I thought I looked much smaller than my weight. At my lowest (unhealthily low for me, dealing with a moderate eating disorder), I thought I was huge. Now I am starting at the high end of a healthy BMI and wanting to lose fat and gain muscle-…
