YES! I had tried everything too… and in turn had a million excuses for why it wasn’t working. “I just can’t lose weight!” Jeez! I was so negative. That was my EXACT thought Sunday Nov. 17th. Last Monday I began to log everything and hit the gym. Guess what!? I lost 2 pounds already. Good Luck!!!
