Plyometrics are just the jump training exercises. THey are in level 2 and in level 3. So like the plank jacks, where you jump out with both legs or the mountain climbers where you jump in and out with both legs. Those are the ones in Level 2. I used to do the modified version and now I can actually do the jumps :)

LOL I know exactly what you mean! I feel like my form is horrible too. I can say however, that I am doing the plyometrics which really surprised me. I wasn't able to do them in the last round of 30DS that I did, but I tried them the other day and I actually can do them this time! YAY! :)

I have signed up for a 5K coming in July... I"m thinking I might find one before then if I can really do it :) But the one in July is going to be SOOOO fun. It's the "Run for your life" zombie run 5k. It's a 5k with obstacles and with zombies chasing you... can't wait! :)

W3D1 down - I totally didn't notice it was week 3 yet and I was expecting the week 2 run. When I realized it was week 3 I kind of freaked out because I wasn't mentally prepared for it, but you know what... it wasn't bad at all!! in fact, I ran an extra 3 minutes that I didn't even need to.
