  • June 11: 3.35 miles (still just ran 2 miles of it, but speeding up a little) Total: 17.2/60
  • 6/9: 3.25 miles (2.15 running - more than usual!) Total: 13.85/60 I'm behind pace for the month! I better figure out how to get some more miles in, I want to get in the lime green!!

  • Keep it up, one day at a time! I'm glad you made it through the storms ok - my parents live near Athens (Limestone County) and they have some structural damage to their house and their neighbors' house is flattened. Scary stuff!
  • Congrats! It really is amazing how well it works. I finished week 6 on Saturday and when I started running I thought to myself "there's no way I can make it 25 minutes straight", but I did it! It truly is a great system!!
