Thanks for this! It's really hard and it doesn't help when people tend to think it's something that isn't serious. It's not exactly easy to overcome but I've been doing really well. As I said, if I do get a quick crave, I'll go to the fruit section and get some fruit. Tends to take my mind off the binge.

I'm up for punishments. I have a fun awesome one I've been doing that's effective for weight loss called ZOMBIES. Also, I done my fitspo during the Early Bird challenge. I'm going to do another but may not get points for it on my behalf because we already have them.

Thank you, that's such a lovely thing to say. Let me take this opportunity to say that we're very proud of everyone for sticking to the punishment. Not a lot of people would have even attempted it but all of the teams in the challenge have given it a go and it's amazing to see such commitment!
