  • Personally, if your body is sore and stiff, I wouldn't recommend you do Insanity until your body is better, at least. You need to give your body a chance to recover! I would say, if you really need to, do some easier exercises outside of Insanity. YouTube is your best friend for this, there are so many awesome workouts…
