Keep going, you're doing great! Everybody is doing awesome! I'm sorry I haven't been on here so much, just had a lot of things going on for the past couple of weeks. I do Workout of the Day, which is a class dedicated to strength training using bodyweight as well as cardio to help you lose weight. I also tried out NerdFitness's workouts, I love them! If you guys wanted to know what I did, look on the Team Michonne board! :)

Today, I have not let the team down!!! Did the kickboxing video posted in the Early Bird Week One thread twice. I've also done the elliptical trainer, some boxing, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, squats, goblet squats, kettlebell work, walking and some light jogging (ankle still healing a little, 90% better though)

Nah. The sweat points are what are used in the game instead of a calorie counter when you are in workout mode. The thing I posted was to just show you how to convert sweat points into calories so you can put it in the exercise diary on MFP :)

I got a message from a MFP user called Alex729 telling me how she found my blog funny. I didn't even try for it to be funny but it's not a serious blog. I was surprised because I genuinely didn't think anybody read it except for a couple of people so it made me happy. :)

So I'm going to try out the NerdFitness advanced one because I'm Team Michonne and Michonne takes no prisoners, beyatch! Going to sort out Week 1 first though, haha. I'll do this one in a couple of days' time after recovering from the Hell that sounds like the first week of the Early Birds!

Just Dance 2014 has the actual calorie counter so that has made me rather happy. Anyway, I done an hour and burned 387 calories today. My main song is Limbo by Daddy Yankee. I got 5* with a score of over 12000 I also did Where Have You Been (Extreme) by Rihanna. I got 4* and oh SNAP was that song hard! Got me moving…

I've said in another one that for every pound I lose, I put £1 in a jar (if you're American, you could put $1 instead) and if I've lost 6lbs, I'll get myself something like a 3DS game or something I want. This time, I'm going to get myself a kettlebell if I see one cheap enough.

Right, tomorrow is my 'Last Chance' day and it's also my official first weigh-in. I'm dead nervous! Tomorrow, I'm going to be doing Just Dance for an hour, then off to the gym and doing the WOD (Workout of the Day) class and some weightlifting. Walk for about an hour and rest! I'MMA KILL THOSE ZOMBIES, MAMA! :D

My ankle is feeling a lot better. It's not 100% but I will be going on Just Dance 2014 and having a go tomorrow!

For every pound I lose, I put a pound in a tin. When I get halfway from a stone, I'll buy myself something cool like a 3DS game or something. I NEVER treat myself to junk food or whatever.
