The chart looks great, Glitter! Nov. 6: 12...... /sigh. There aren't any stairs where I work... only at the college. The numbers will come in this week though!

A whopping 26 steps today... But I biked 3.1 miles to and from work. And, having started the 30DS, my legs are like rubber most waking hours of the day. (lol.... picture that....)

I'm interested in seeing people's results too... I always end up gaining weight when I do the 30DS (hence why I only get halfway through it.... :( ).

Nov 4: 148 ... quiet day : /

381 today... and that was just walking around the college! (with an ankle brace of course! lol) If I do anymore tonight, I'll add them to tomorrow's count... haven't decided what tonight's workout will be yet. Keep going everyone!

This exactly. I weigh myself every day as well and make a mental note about where I am in my daily cycles. I can gain 3 lbs in one day depending on what goes on, and lost it again overnight while my digestion system works magic. After a few weeks you'll learn to expect small gains and small losses based on what day it is.…

Nov. 1 - 36 (Stayed at home) Nov. 2 - 141 (Conference all day...) I started the 30DS Nov. 1 - and buggered up my ankle... Go figure. Hopefully it only takes a few days to come around again!

I'm like... a big apple! haha! I carry my weight around my middle... but I have a large frame so I look really big sometimes lol. My pictures are open on my profile if you want to see them :)

I'm doing the 30DS starting tomorrow too :) I have a new focus this time... When I complete the shred (with minimal missed days, and ALWAYS making those days up), I will buy the HRM that I've been wanting for a long time :) Feel free to add me!

I can definitely notice a difference in your face too, and the outfit looks great! Good job!

I would love to join! I have a stepper that has been collecting dust... and I cover 3 or 4 floors at the college most days of the week!

You look amazing! Congratulations on your weight loss! It pleases me to know that there are parents out there who know how to help their children with weight issues. Your hard work has paid off, you look fabulous!!

Thanks for posting. I enjoyed the article - some of it was common sense, some of it was truthfully good advice. As for taking advice from someone who has 320+ posts and doesn't even have a profile picture up? Ha. Right.

Same situation here really... my boyfriend and I have talked about getting married, I've even picked out the ring I want. I am finding it a little difficult to use this as motivation because it's not the feeling of "OMG IT'S HAPPENING NOW!" yet. We are planning for a longer engagement due to citizenship issues, so I know…
