It takes an incredible amount of courage to post before and after pics, and I want to thank you for doing so. Every time I see the pictures of someone who has lost 50, 75, 100+ pounds, it reminds me that it's possible, and I *can* do it. Again, thank you! And you looks great!

I count my Crystal Light and low-cal drinks... I figure that if I start skipping "just one low cal item" then there's a chance I could start skipping more. Besides... if I go over my calorie intake because of a low-cal drink, I'll do jumping jacks or go for a short walk outside to burn a few extra calories that day.

I'm 5' 11" and I'm aiming for 180 lbs... but I have a large frame (think: quarterback...). Once I hit 180 (a ways to go yet..) I'll re-evaluate what my goal weight should be, or decide if I should maintain at 180.
