PHEW! thanx for giving me hope!;) im 190 right now..(down from 216 a year ago..got to 180.....i fell off the bandwagon this spring and had gained back up to 196)...its not saggy skin..just cellulite ;) ok i will stay positive and realize it just takes time

thanx guys:) I dont drink at all im very very strict with my gluten...lol...none for me.... maybe ill look into my sodium intake? i dont eat dairy except for cheese(a little bit daily)

hmmm...i eat gluten free...so i really dont eat carbs that much...i do eat corn tortillas....lol...

Im good with the food part....I eat gluten free..and no milk(i do each cheese,etc tho)...i dont eat processed or sugary foods..i NEVER eat fried food!My stomach is senstive and mean...lol...I just am new to the exercising regularly....But I bought myself an elliptical for an early bday gift...ha ha...And I love using…

I know it may not seem like a TON...but to me it seems very difficult since I havent been that weight since I was 18...and Im now about to turn 29! lol....Im very very motivated to get there...Im doing this for me..My 20's are almost gone! And my 30's Im going to be healthier than Ive ever been! I cant wait:)

Ive set mini goals..the first one is on my bday(July 27th) if ive lost 12 lbs(ive lost 3) then my mom and i are going on a girly day trip:)...next goal with be probably some new boots lol....when i finally reach my goal i will FINALLY buy some Frye boots!ha ha....
