I agree with everyone and as for me I do the good carbs only in small amounts, but I am on South Beach Diet. I've realized that it's what works best for me with the way I feel and energy level. It helped me loose weight without cravings..or regrets. Good luck in your journey.

I keep it at a light incline as I first hop on it and then increase it so I cut the time to 30-40 minutes. I have a laptop on top of a shelf that my hubby build and attached to the wall, some nice speakers and I watch you tube free movies. That way I don't look at the timer. My time flies by and I actually enjoy my fitness…

Usually for 1 cup of ground Flax seeds is a 3/4 cup of water in Baking. I guess it depends what other liquids are added to the recipe maybe. But that is a guideline that was in the back of my bag. I haven't experimented much with it so far. Hope it helps:smile:
