Yes! I have this liver/blood condition, and Pizza Hut/Dominos/Superfry all set me off. Pizza Express is my favourite, as it is the only one that doesn't upset my digestive system.

When I took control of the shopping and removed the snacks option from my food diary. When the rubbish isn't in the house, and I don't have the diary option, I stick to the three meals a day.

Same here! I think it is a change you need to get used to. I used to be a Size12/14 (UK) a few years ago when I was super fit, and when I started my journey I was a large 18, bordering 20. When I go shopping, I still think I'll need to go up to said sizes to accommodate for chunky thighs, flabby arms etc. However, I did…

~41 pounds in 133/134 days. I started incorporating exercise about 2 1/2 months ago. I've still got 15 pounds to go, but the weight loss is slowing down now. I'm fine with that :)

New clothes. Mine are all between 2-4 sizes too big.

Trying on my pyjama pants from Christmas 2010 to find they fit again - they haven't since Summer 2011.

I do this most of the time. It prevents me from indulging, and it means I can work out my exercise times in advance.

Oh God this! Bought 4 pairs of heels about 2 months ago and now they're about 1/2 size too big!!

Yes, for the most part. It all depends on their attitude and personality.

"If you exercise too much, that's cause problems." - Yes, if you're exercising everyday for hours whilst not eating appropriately. I don't think an hour/hour and a half is going to be the death of me. "You don't want to lose too much more!" - I am the very top end of a healthy BMI, and I want to lose another 16 lbs. I…

About 28 lbs. My co-workers said they suspected before, but the fact our uniform has a generous cut doesn't make it easy to spot weight loss. At 28lbs, they said they could see a definitely change in the face and that my trousers were awfully baggy.

Hi all! I'm Christina, 19 years old from Leicester. I'm currently at university and I work part-time! Check my ticker for weight loss, lbs to go and SW and GW. Feel free to add! :)

"Oh Christina, you're wasting away!" My friend was actually pointing out how my uniform drowns me now it is three times too big. When I came in in size appropriate attire, I got showered with the best compliments I have ever received.

Hey all! I am Christina from Leicester. Lost just over 2 1/2 stone and looking to lose another 1 1/2. Feel free to add! :)

5'8 and I've set my ticker to 147 lbs. Considering 140 if possible.

Hey there! I'm 19 and from the East Midlands. Feel free to add anyone :)

Agree completely with you. Congrats OP!

Exactly. It is what you eat. My daily goal is 1300 and I don't have any issues (I know that is more than the 'absolute minimum', but I'm sure some people would say the same for that). Definitely varies from person to person. Power to the people that can do it.

The scales not moving. It is TOTM though, and I've upped my exercise regime. What did make me happy, though, was trying on my white bodycon lace dress I bought 4 years ago. Never managed to get into it, but today I did. Arms could do with toning, but it is a work in progress.

Hi there Ollie, I suffered from moderate-severe depression this time last year, and like you, I lost control of loads of things, my weight included. I am better now, but I totally understand where you are coming from. I used to eat a whole bowl of sweets most evenings and I lived off fast food and ready meals. I could only…
