Hello! I am also 5'6 and began close to your current weight , actually, I was heavier than you ; was 200 pounds on November. Since then, I have lost 25.4 pounds and counting. MFP set my calories at 1200 calories. I weight all my food and do cardio 5 times a week and strength trainning twice a week. What it's works it is…
