It may not be encouragement for anyone else but hubby just gave me a big boost of it today! I'm up for another Challenge, Saturday morning weigh-in. My anniversary if June 14th so the timing is perfect.

Saturday, April 16: 223.4 I weigh-in every Saturday morning so if it's not too late, I'm up for a 1-wk challenge I was very bad both Saturday and Sunday but am on the right track now and I need a reason to LOSE! Weight, that is. :tongue:

not sure about the answer to your question but this is my case I have lost 15# but no inches and my clothes do fit better I've heard that muscle is heavier than fat and I am hoping that is the case with me. Good Luck!

I started 6 wks ago when our HOG group did a 5 wk Biggest Loser contest I didn't win the contest but all I cared about was losing the weight Since the contest is over, I am glad I found this Challenge. cause I have taken off . . . you don't have to meet your goal every week they are what they are, just goals. keep up the hard work, you're doing great!
