Don't get all defensive about the critique. Realize that we all put hard work into this game. Day in and day out. . [/quote] I will get defensive when it comes to my husband. If you had a wife (I dont know if you do or dont) you would get defensive as well. I only asked for ideas and have got a good few one but some things…
-
That is why I am asking for ideas.
-
He doesn't at the moment because he doesn't have much weight on him. And don't criticise my husband - even if its not what you are meaning to do, it sounds like it.
-
He has tea, and I havent stated his dinner as that changes daily, he does get protein and fats at dinner
-
He works alot so doesn't want to do this in his down time. He does want to gain weight, I am not making him. He won't change his breakfast as that is all he can stomach at 5am. He has protein and fat at dinner time. I am not going to force him to change what he eats at work if thats what he wants He has tried a few…
-
He doesn't have time to track etc. Hence why I have to do it lol, plus he doesn't make his own meals. I might make one for him but I will log everything :)
-
There is nothing wrong with his digestive system, as I have stated his job burns a lot of the calories. He can't eat every 2 hours, he has a full time job and I have stated he won't have protein shakes.

I track and log everything I eat and drink, no matter how little the calories are including Pepsi Max, spices, 1 cal spray and defiantly condiments. They all add up
-
OMG my hubby is the same haha. It's bloody annoying lol
-
Fab idea, thank you
-
Yeah because that is a helpful solution.
-
Sounds yummy, thank you. I think I will be doing this  I haven't done homemade pizza for ages
-
If you don't have anything helpful to say, please don't say it.
-
I said I don't really want to cook. Not that I won't cook.
-
We don't have much money to go out and I cook all the time. Hence why I was asking for ideas.
-
You might have more calories than me, plus the burger places near me are greasy and like I said when I eat greasy food it makes me feel sick now.
-
I know, most of the restaurants near me are seasonal and will be shutting in a few days. Thank you for the link, never been there and everything looks good and it has good reviews
-
I meant the Thai or Hakka
-
Don't have anything like that near me, I live in a small village lol
-
Me and my hubby don't like oven meals and none of the places where I live have healthy burgers, im not letting take over but if I eat something greasy etc I feel ill
-
